2009 = New Annual Health and Medical Record form. BSA recommends that all youth and adult members have annual medical evaluations by a certified and licensed health-care provider.

Summer Camp Phyiscal Day: Annually, Foothills District runs a half-day event where you can go through the process of a camp phyiscal. They will have doctors on hand to complete the class 1&2 as well as the class 3 for high adventure and adults over 40.

The lines seem long, but they move pretty fast. They do ask for a donation to help cover cost, generally between $3-5 dollars per person.

This is an excellent opportunity for an easy way for scouts to get their physicals.
